As stated previously on this website I like to get your website ranking as quickly as possible and for this reason I undertake most of the SEO work in the first few months and then ask for instalment payments over a 10 month period.  I expect to have your website ranking within this time period, if not earlier for the most popular keyword search phrases for your business.

SEO Work that Would be Done in the First Two Months

I will be very busy working on your website in the first two months.  For this reason I only take on two new clients each month.

The work that I would complete for you in the first two months includes:-

  • Loading of your Keywords into Ranking Software
  • Checking the settings and for errors on your Website (I usually sub-contract this work to a more ‘techie’ contact which costs me $100 an hour but then I can be certain your website is in ship-shape condition)
  • Optimising all Website Pages, SEO titles, meta tags, image alt tags
  • Internal Link Building
  • Listing your Website on all Major Free Highly Ranked Directories
  • Checking for Duplication on your website and removing it
  • Checking for Duplication of your website on the net and identifying how we can remove it and commencing this process
  • Setting up Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics
  • Having (with your approval) all the necessary Plugins Loaded and existing Plugins Updated (I usually sub-contract this work to a business that specialises in this type of work, their costs however are very reasonable and borne by me)
  • Adding Content to your Website pages, if necessary and if not then adding Blog Posts
  • Adding Images to your Website Pages, if necessary and ensuring they have appropriate alt tags
  • Making your Website Mobile Responsive (if it is not I can advise where you can go to get this type of web development service)
  • Ensuring you have a Google Plus Account and a Facebook Account, if not I will help you set them up
  • Start posting for you on Google Plus and Facebook if you wish
  • Provide you with a monthly report detailing improvements in your ranking and SEO work undertaken.

Ongoing SEO Including Tasks for Future Months

Examples of ongoing SEO work I would do for you after the first few months includes:-

  • Writing additional Content Pages and Blogs
  • Doing additional Keyword Research for Blogs
  • Webpages, and Blogs
  • Continue Internal Link Building
  • Researching Images, Jokes, Links and other Information for Social Media
  • Posting frequently on Social Media
  • If there is duplicate content of your website on the net due to Black Hat Techniques employed in the past, commence request of removal of your website link for those links that are damaging your SEO Ranking
  • Optimise Page Loading Time
  • Helping you with obtaining Customer Reviews
  • Recommendations of Potential Improvements to your Website
  • Creating, optimisation and Posting of YouTube Videos
  • Providing you each month with a report which outlines the improved ranking of your website and also the SEO work that I have done in that month.
